The Start of the Re-assembly

It is finally time to start adding things back to the boat. I made a template out of sheet foam, cut it out, and glued the two pieces together with PL glue.

The transom is two 3/4" pieces of plywood that I glued together with PL adhesive. I then screwed it together and clapped it overnight

I traced the cutout for the outdrive so I could drill some holes to pass blots through to hold the clamp

Once the Glue dried, I waterproofed the wood with a thick layer of resin. I mixed it so that it would dry slow, and that allowed it to soak into the wood before curing.
